Compliance & Documentation Policy

We adhere strictly to international compliance protocols, including KYC and AML regulations. All transactions must proceed with full transparency.

Requirements prior to contract execution:

• NCNDA and IMFPA to be signed by all parties
• Proof of Product (POP) from seller, verified via SGS or equivalent
• Proof of Funds (POF) from buyer via BCL, RWA, or MT199

We maintain zero tolerance for broker chains, unverifiable claims, or circumvention attempts.
